The Individual Energy Upgrade Grant route allows you to choose specific energy improvements that suit your budget & your home’s requirements. We specialise in the following grant-aided services:
Air to Water Heat Pump Systems
Substantial grants are available to help replace old oil or gas boilers with high-efficiency heat pumps. This is the most effective way to future-proof your home & eliminate fossil fuel dependency.
Heating Controls Upgrade
If you are not yet ready for a full heat pump installation, you can secure funding to install modern, zoned heating controls. This allows you to heat specific areas of your home only when needed, significantly reducing wasted energy.
Technical Assessments
Before installing a heat pump, a technical assessment is required to ensure your home is “Heat Pump Ready” (meeting the required Heat Loss Indicator). We can guide you through this essential first step.
How the Grant Process Works
